- Online Sales System
The online sales system enables you to sell your tourism products for example accommodation, tours, hire cars, houseboats and attractions through a large number of websites, including your own website, travel wholesalers and other bookings centres.
No costs are incurred until you receive an online booking. - Full Business Management System
Do away with your diaries and wall charts and consider using ConnectSA to manage all your bookings - online and offline.
A small business offering up to five rooms, e.g five cottages, or five tour vehicles, five hire cars will incur no cost until an online booking is received.
A business offering in excess of five tourism product can manage their entire business on ConnectSA for a small monthly fee.
ConnectSA enabled operators are subject to the following two fees:
- ConnectSA Booking Fee
- Commission Fees May be charged by the distribution channel or agent that sells your product online. For example, ConnectSA online bookings received via South Australian Tourism Commission websites and Visitor Information Centres are subject to a commission fee.
All online bookings received via ConnectSA are subject to a booking fee and a transaction fee.

Online Merchant Facility
ConnectSA provides an Online Payment package that allows your business to communicate with banks in order to receive immediate online bookings and process your customer's credit card payments online.
This is provided through the Camtech-E-Commerce payment gateway. This gateway and ConnectSA currently transact with the following banks:
National Australia Bank
Commonwealth Bank Australia
ANZ
Adelaide Bank (via St George)
Bank West
St George
BankSA
In order to transact in the online environment and receive payment into your bank account you will be required to have an online merchant facility.
This is different to banking on the internet and taking credit card payments electronically, it requires an additional agreement with your bank and perhaps additional fees.
Special offer for ConnectSA businesses
Special rates have been negotiated with Commonwealth Bank Australia and National Australia Bank for Online Merchant accounts on behalf of ConnectSA operators.
