ConnectSA offers a user-friendly and efficient method for managing your business. It is an intuitive, click-through, Microsoft-based system that is designed to generate more online sales and save you time.

Features:
  • E-commerce enable your business - ConnectSA will enable you to receive online bookings via a wide range of websites and booking centres.

  • Ability to update rates and control inventory on every ConnectSA enabled website and booking centre selling your tourism product - you decide which distributors will sell your product and at what price.

  • Payment goes direct into your bank account for bookings from your website and other channels (excluding 'On Account' distributor bookings).

  • Comprehensive suite of reports - A suite of reports is available which allows you to view utilisation, marketing and sales reports by date ranges.

  • Marketing Tools - Create customised newsletters and emails to your customer database. All customer information that has come from any sales channel will automatically go into your customer database.

  • Exports directly into MYOB - Saves time with no more double entry.

  • Ability to set your own Booking Terms and Conditions of Use.

ConnectSA can be used one of two ways:

1. Online Sales System

The Online Sales system enables you to market and sell your product for example accommodation, tours and hire, through a large number of ConnectSA enabled websites, your own website, travel wholesalers and booking centres.

No costs are incurred until you receive an online booking.

2. Full Business Management System

Do away with your diaries and wall charts and consider using ConnectSA to manage all of your bookings - both online and offline.

A small business offering up to five rooms, e.g five cottages, or five tour vehicles, five hire cars will incur no cost until an online booking is received.
A business offering in excess of five tourism product can manage their entire business on ConnectSA for a small monthly fee.

ConnectSA provides access to a full business management system that will enable you to administer guest arrivals and departures, manage customer information and process payments, expenses and refunds. The system can also be used to manage your offline bookings.

  • View booking status of all your products including cottages, tours, houseboats hire cars

Status screen

Here you can view all your bookings by day, week or fortnight.
You can right click and:

  • Move the booking to another room, tour, houseboat (same product/price type)
  • Transfer the booking to another customer
  • Edit the booking
  • View the Folio (account) screen of payments
  • View any comments/notes
  • Cancel the booking
  • Check-in/out the customer

Marketing screen


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Allows you the ability to search your customer database and send an email or newsletter by:

  • Category as created by you
  • Source of enquiry as created by you
  • Type of tourism product booked
  • Date of booking
  • Season of booking

Distributors - allows you to select which Distributors you would like to sell your products and at what price.

  • The decision is yours; you accept or decline the terms and conditions and fees set by each Distributor.
  • You can set a different price for each distributor. However the simpler your pricing model the easier it is to set up the system.

Referral Program - Connect SA enables you to sell other tourism businesses goods/services who are using the system via the Referral Program and you decide if you wish to receive commissions from one another.

Your website - a book now button can be placed on your website; you will be able to accept bookings and payment which will be paid directly into your bank account.

Manage screen

  • Enables you to set up your business in one location.
  • You can set your rates as far in advance as you like, the further ahead you load prices, the further ahead your product can be booked.

Management reports



There are two types of reports within the system:

  • Reservation Reports - a range of reports regarding booking and account information
  • Business Management Reports - a range of reports regarding utilisation, sales, marketing and affiliate bookings.

With all reports you can set a custom date range.

While the system has exceptional front office abilities, it is the back-end processing that makes ConnectSA unique:

Allowing you to:
