Getting Involved

If you would like to get involved, book for a ConnectSA training workshop. Please check that you are listed on the SAATDW database and that your PC or laptop meets the minimum system requirements listed.

ConnectSA Training is held at:


South Australian Tourism Commission

50 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.

During the training you will be working on the set-up of your own business in readiness for taking your first online booking.

Pre-workshop kit
Once you have registered, you will receive your pre-workshop kit:

Assistance with the application forms is available from the ConnectSA help desk. The forms need to be completed and returned one week prior to the workshop.


SAATDW (SATC's database)
Tourism businesses must be registered on the SAATDW (the SATC's database) and have completed an SATC Operator Agreement. If you are not registered for the SAATDW, please contact Tracey Wellings at Online Services onlinesatc@tourism.sa.com or phone 08 8463 4560.

Minimum system requirements
Your PC or laptop must meet the following minimum standards:

  • Windows 2000
  • Internet Explorer 6 or above
  • 2GHz Pentium 3
  • 256 Meg Ram
  • 1G Free Space
  • Internet Connection via 56K modem or ADSL/broadband
  • Windows 2000/XP users must have administration rights (if networked)
(ConnectSA will not function on Windows Millennium, 98 or 95 and is not supported on Apple MacIntosh)
